Virtual Railfan’s live train cameras in La Grange, Kentucky, are located at Blooms Boutique on Main Street, capturing CSX’s LCL Subdivision — the former Louisville & Nashville (L&N) Railroad “Short Line” (originally Louisville, Cincinnati & Lexington Railroad) at milepost 26.8. Viewers can expect 10+ CSX freight trains daily (intermodal, manifest, coal) in a quiet zone, with horns used at crew discretion. The speed limit is 10 MPH through street-running, increasing to 20 MPH thereafter. For northbound trains, the signal shows red-over-lunar for siding or green/yellow-over-red for the mainline. Enjoy trains framed by historic shops and restaurants. Freight schedules vary, and our community shares real-time updates in the chat.
