This camera is located at milepost 251 of the Union Pacific Boone Subdivision. On the Boone Sub you can see 20 - 35 trains a day (used to be at least 60 a day). The Boone sub runs between Missouri Valley Iowa and Boone Iowa, which previously was the Chicago Northwestern, West Iowa Subdivision.
