竹嶋潟スケートパークは、にかほ市の竹嶋潟駐車場に令和5年4月8日（土曜日）オープンいたしました。
スケートパークは、東京オリンピックで競技が注目されたことや、地元に安心してスケボーを楽しめる場所が無かったことから、地元の愛好者の方々の要望を聞きながら市が整備したものです。
・所在地：秋田県にかほ市飛字下竹島潟29番地
・面積：1,080平方メートル
・利用可能種目：スケートボード・インラインスケート
・令和5年10月からの拡張工事により、170平方メートル面積拡大、バンク3ヶ所、カーブボックス1ヵ所が追加されました。
Takishimagata Skate Park opened on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at the Takishimagata Parking Lot in Nikaho City.
The skate park was developed by the city in response to requests from local enthusiasts, driven by the increased attention to the sport following the Tokyo Olympics and the lack of a safe place locally to enjoy skateboarding.
・Location: 29 Shimo-Takashimagata, Tobi, Nikaho City
・Area: 1,080 square meters
・Available Activities: Skateboarding, Inline Skating
・Expansion work starting October 2023 will add 170 square meters of space, including three additional banks and one curve box.
